707 Norfolk Ave
Park City, Utah

This well placed house next to the chairlift had it’s locale cemented as prime long ago. The exterior and interior were upgraded to match the status of it’s location and the clients wanted a fresh approach to mountain design.

Vibrant colors and exotic mosaics wrap the interior. Glass is used as a transparent medium in order to grow the existing space. Banks of custom windows allow the spread of the indoor to the outdoor. Ample daylighting is provided giving a light feel to the timbered interior and also donates the warm feeling of sunshine on a winters day. Custom built cabinetry and doors add an elegant touch to the opulent interior. Interiors completed in partnership with In Studio.

A classic mountain language is melded with an owners personality.
