Affordable housing is an unfortunate requirement in most desirable living locations. Numerous benefits are attributed to people living inside the communities they work or live in and we hope to work on many more of these project types in the future.
The Woodside Park Affordable Housing project was a 12-unit project for the Park City Municipal Corporation located in the Historic District of Park City. Our take on affordable housing nestles right into Old Town and provides living options for families in units within modern residential architecture. The project included the historic restoration of an existing home, reconstruction of a historic home, two new single-family homes, 4 townhomes, and 4 attached studio apartments. The residential design is focused around a central internal courtyard.
