We have a new set of townhouses moving through the design approval process near the Canyons Village @ Park City. This modern take on a ski village archetype greets the hills and community at the base of the ski hill.
Still in design development phase, energy modeling is being employed to best suit the structure within the natural environment. Park City sees an extraordinary amount of sunny days while experiencing large swings in temperatures from day to day and season to season. Studying the building and how it performs in it’s place is far more effective at the beginning of design, rather than additive measures at the tail end of construction.
Expect delivery in late 2022.
